The inofficial European Microcomputer Chess Championship was held 4 times, like its forerunner or superset, the PCW Microcomputer Chess Championship hosted by Personal Computer World (PCW) as part of their yearly exhibition. The 3rd PCW was simultaviously the 1st WMCCC 1980 and 1st European MCC as well.
