Sam Tannous,
an American electrical engineer and systems software engineer at NVIDIA in Durham, North Carolina.
He holds a BSEE from University of South Florida and a MSEE from Georgia Institute of Technology [1].
Sam Tannous is author of Shatranj, an open source computer chess toolkit and engine written in Python.
In 2007, he introduced Hashing Dictionaries to determine sliding piece attacks [2].
