Philou,
an UCI compatible chess engine by Philippe Gailhac, written in Delphi [1], first released in 2008.
Philou uses standard techniques such as iterative deepening and alpha-beta search with transposition table, and is able to ponder.
The program's name is a diminutive form of its author's given name [2].
