Jan Kuipers,
a Dutch early computer chess programmer residing in Belgium [1]. He is author of Tiny Chess 86 (TC86) written in 8086 assembly, which played the Second PCW Microcomputer Chess Championship 1989 in London [2] and the First Dutch Computer Chess Championship 1981 in Utrecht.
